To use hey30plus you must:

• Not have had a prior account with us that was suspended or terminated for violations.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or another user's account.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to interact with the Service.
• Transmit spam, chain letters, or unsolicited messages.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service.

5. Prohibited Content

hey30plus does not conduct criminal background checks on members. We encourage all users to exercise caution and good judgment when interacting with other members, particularly when meeting in person.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hey30plus and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) $100 USD.

9. Termination

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Delaware.
