1. Our Mission
hey30plus exists to help real people form genuine connections. We believe meaningful relationships start with trust, honesty, and mutual respect. These Community Guidelines are the foundation of everything we do — they protect you, protect every member, and define the kind of community we are building together.
Violations of these guidelines may result in content removal, warnings, suspension, or permanent bans depending on severity. We apply these rules fairly and consistently.

3. Authentic Profiles
Your profile is your introduction to the community. It must represent you honestly.
✓ You should
- Use your real first name
- Use recent photos that clearly show your face
- Be honest about your age and location
- Accurately describe your interests and intentions
✗ You must not
- Impersonate another person or celebrity
- Use someone else's photos without consent
- Falsify your age, location, or relationship status
- Create multiple accounts
4. Respect & Safety
Every interaction on hey30plus should be rooted in respect. This applies to messages, comments, profile reactions, and any other form of contact.

- Be polite and considerate in all messages
- Respect a "no" — gracefully accept when someone isn't interested
- Report behavior that makes you uncomfortable
- Meet in public places for first dates
- Tell someone you trust where you're going
✗ You must not
- Harass, intimidate, or threaten any member
- Send unsolicited explicit messages or images
- Pressure members after they decline contact
- Share another member's personal information
- Discriminate based on race, gender, religion, or orientation
5. Content Standards
All content on hey30plus — profiles, messages, and photos — must meet these standards:
- No explicit sexual content. hey30plus is a clean, relationship-focused platform. Explicit images, links to adult content, or sexually graphic messages are not permitted.
- No hate speech. Content that attacks or demeans people based on protected characteristics (race, gender, sexuality, religion, disability, nationality, etc.) is prohibited.
- No violence or threats. Any threat of physical harm, or content that glorifies violence, will result in immediate account removal.
- No illegal content. Content that violates any applicable law — including copyright violations — is not permitted.
- No spam or solicitation. Commercial promotion, affiliate links, MLM recruitment, or any unsolicited advertising is forbidden.
6. Photo Guidelines
Photos are the first thing people notice. Keep them honest and appropriate.
- At least one photo must clearly show your face.
- No nudity or sexually suggestive images.
- No photos of children (yours or others').
- No watermarks, heavy filters that distort your appearance, or images stolen from the internet.
- Group photos are fine, but make sure it's clear which person you are.
Photos that violate these guidelines will be removed. Repeated violations may lead to account suspension.
7. Scams & Fraud
We have zero tolerance for scamming. The following behaviors will result in immediate and permanent account bans:
- Asking other members for money, loans, gift cards, or financial assistance.
- Sharing links designed to steal personal information (phishing).
- Claiming to be in an emergency to solicit sympathy and money.
- Promoting get-rich-quick schemes or cryptocurrency investments.
- Using a fake identity to mislead someone romantically for financial gain ("romance scam").
If you are ever asked for money by someone you met on hey30plus, please do not send it and report the profile immediately.
8. Protecting Minors
hey30plus is strictly an 18+ platform. Any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors is illegal and will be immediately reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities. The account will be permanently banned.
If you believe a member may be under 18, please report them immediately using the in-app report button.
9. Enforcement
We review all reports and take action based on the severity of the violation:
⚠️ Warning
Minor first-time violations (e.g., slightly misleading profile info). A warning is issued and content removed. Repeated warnings escalate to suspension.
⏸ Temporary Suspension
Repeated minor violations or first-time moderate violations (e.g., harassment, inappropriate content). Account access suspended for 7–30 days.
🚫 Permanent Ban
Severe violations (fraud, threats, explicit content, underage content, hate speech). Account permanently removed. Email address and device may be blocked from re-registration.
🚔 Law Enforcement
Content involving minors, credible threats, or other criminal activity is reported to law enforcement and relevant authorities immediately.
You may appeal a moderation decision by emailing appeals@hey30plus.com within 14 days. We review all appeals fairly.
10. Reporting a Problem
See something wrong? Please report it. You can use the report button on any profile or message. Reports are anonymous — the reported user will not know who submitted the report.
